Recently, the Senior Management Team at Indigo8 Corporate Services hosted a special meeting to announce staff who were nominated for or who won an award as part of the company’s Employee Recognition Program.
Indigo8’s Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Deacon said: “We think it’s really important to recognise our employees and the wonderful things they do for our company and clients. That’s why we have this program in place.
“The Employee Recognition Program acknowledges the company’s staff who have gone above and beyond in their roles and it also encourages the whole team to do their best work.”
Campaign Administrator Naomi Crocker won the Commitment to Excellence Award and said: “I didn’t expect to win an award, so this was a big surprise for me. It’s nice to be recognised for the extra effort I put in and has really motivated me to continue doing what I am doing!”
Each quarter, Indigo8 employees can nominate their peers for various awards including Commitment to Excellence, Customer Service, Extra Mile, Peer-to-Peer, Mentorship, and Teamwork.
